How do I create an activity?
Tap the + button in the floating dock at the bottom of the screen. Set a title, category, date, and time — location is optional. Invite friends directly, or flip the plan public so friends-of-friends can discover it nearby.
How do I invite friends who aren't on Covee yet?
Two ways:
- Share a link — every activity has a share button. Send the link in iMessage, WhatsApp, or any group chat. When a friend taps it and creates an account, they're dropped straight into the plan. No codes to type.
- Share your personal invite link — from the Profile tab, grab your personal link. Anyone who taps it and signs up becomes your friend on Covee automatically.
How do I join an activity someone invited me to?
If you tapped a smart invite link from a friend, you're in the moment you sign up or log in — no extra steps. If someone added you directly from inside the app, the invite appears on your Home tab; tap Join to accept.
How do I leave or delete an activity?
Tap the activity card to open its details. If you're a participant, tap Leave. If you're the host, scroll to the bottom of the edit screen and tap Delete Activity. Co-hosts cannot delete — only the host can.
Why am I not getting notifications?
Two things to check:
- iOS Settings → Notifications → Covee → make sure Allow Notifications is on.
- In the Covee Profile tab, confirm notifications are enabled. If you declined them when you first signed up, you can re-enable at any time.
If both look right and pushes still aren't arriving, email us with the email on your account — we can check the device token on our end.
How do I change the area Covee searches for nearby plans?
Profile tab → Search Radius. Pick the distance that matches how you actually hang out — a tight radius for a dense city, a wider one if your friends are spread out.
How do I delete my account?
Profile tab → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent. For the full list of what's removed and what's retained, see coveeapp.com/delete-account.
Someone's behavior isn't okay. How do I report them?
Tap their profile or message, then tap Report. You can also Block them from the same screen — they won't be able to see your plans or message you after. Reports go straight to our team and we act on them quickly.
